Post-jam version with Endless mode + web version!

Hi all,

It's been a while since I've touched this game, but I just wanted to come back to it and work on a web version with some new features. There's still some web-specific issues (for some reason, beat-tracking is way harder in a browser than just on desktop). I'm trying to sort those out for now, so if you still want to play the new version of the game (without beat issues), feel free to try the downloadable versions!

New features include

- Endless mode! Dance until you run out of lives! The hazards will get progressively more difficult as you collect more money!

And that's basically it. I added a cool title screen and a "return to title" button as well because people asked for those during the jam.
